Can-Do-Ability: Answers and Solutions from my personal experiences of living with a disability

Rewiring Your Brain to Learn

7 Jul 2014There is a school in Canada, started by Barbara Arrowsmith, that is helping children rewire their brains so they can, read, write, do mathematics and be able to learn.

There are a large number of children from Australia being taken to the school as that is their last hope.

Parents are moving to Canada for up to two years so their child can have this opportunity and be able to live the rest of their lives, free to do what they want instead of being locked in by their learning limitations.

I love this idea of this school and hope they can start one in Australia.

You can watch the story, and read more about it here: http://sixtyminutes.ninemsn.com.au/stories/8852764/new-hope-one-last-shot-for-struggling-children-to-read-write-and-add-up
