Can-Do-Ability: Answers and Solutions from my personal experiences of living with a disability

Positive Exposure

31 Oct 2012POSITIVE EXPOSURE is incredible! It photographs different genetic disorders in a positive way. The following link gives more information: http://positiveexposure.org/about-the-program-2/

I think the photos are fantastic. They are positive and beautiful and show people for who they really are.

It is so important for people with genetic disorder to be seen as a person, first and foremost and not just a genetic disorder to be studied by doctors and nurses. The photos taken show the ‘spirit' of the person which is the most important focus.
