Mental health support goes mobile

2 Apr 2013There is a new mobile phone app out that is aiming to give young people experiencing mental health issues some hope.

This story can be read at: http://www.abc.net.au/news/2013-03-06/mental-health-support-goes-mobile/4555926

The app helps young people deal with Bullying, Homophobia, and Depression through there mobile phone which is a great idea as the person can have it readily available when they need it, it can be tucked away in their phone, out of site and one of a number of apps they may use every day on their phone.

I think its great to have such an app to help fight isolation and despair.
