Hi Kymberleigh, Thanks for your comments... I actually got my first job with the help of NOVA Employment, then had a few different ones between this job now working for NOVA. I'm sorry that you didn't have a positive experience, but NOVA Employment does have an extremely high success rate in finding people jobs that they love and keeping them there. They also work very hard to find jobs for their clients and don't give up until they do. What happened to give you a negative experience? In one of my other earlier jobs, I worked for a 'sheltered workshop' where I was paid $1.50 an hour, and they certainly aren't helping anyone with a disability. There needs to be more places around Australia like NOVA Employment. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Jodie.

Hi Jodie, I've just read your story in Thats Life magazine and I do agree with you people with disabilities can do anything. What do you do if the disability services have let you down?? I live in Adelaide and I've been filling our survey forms to get things change as people who are physically disabled get a raw deal in society. I was living in Sydney for 7 years and I was with Nova but they didn't do anything, I thought they were hopeless, its good to hear you had success after many rejections from sending out your resume
