Cast Offs

29 Jul 2013: I have always wanted to be on Big Brother and other shows like Wheel of Fortune. I have also been aware that due to the severity of my disability that there is no way I would be accepted on the show so I have sat and dreamed and watched.

I discovered this article: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/tvandradio/6484243/Cast-Offs-Channel-4-comedy-drama-tackles--last-taboo-of-disability.html that has six disabled people marooned on an island much like in the Survivor show.

I have never wanted to go on Survivor myself as I find surviving day to day difficult enough in my own comfortable environment.

‘Cast Offs' is a great idea as it exposes the audience to different disabilities on a deeper level.

What an awesome adventure for those that are tough enough to take on the elements!
